movement log

This is my movement log.

I started out my ten minutes every day idea thinking I would do my hometrainer daily, and then build out from that. Then I decided on yoga daily.

And now, I just can do whatever :) I want to exercise daily, what I do doesn't matter. And yes, it's only ten minutes minimal, because that's the only thing doable when I'm either in pain or when my asthma is bothering me. On good days I can easily do an hour, on bad days, not.

Most of the things I do each day will be up top, some longer posts are linked below.

  • 15/6 12 minutes on hometrainer and a little bit of weight training with dumbells. May do a bit of yoga after.
  • 14/6 11 minutes on the hometrainer on higher intensity, not because of pain but because I enjoyed it.
  • 13/6 11 minutes on the hometrainer, pain higher than normal
