Today I've followed 30 minute morning yin yoga and it was such a delight. I loved this more than yesterday, even if this was a little more challenging.
I love that she teaches some adjustments you can do with the challenging ones.
Yin yoga is a yoga of surrender, of silence and of gentle self care. It's the perfect yoga for me, for my body at this moment. Doing the asana's this way makes me feel more and more home in myself, and I feel myself releasing emotions so I can sink more into the asana.
