When I saw this video, I thought my every day, no excuses routine would be the home trainer.
Then this morning I woke up, smiled, and thought to myself: "I don't need to choose, I can also do yoga, focus more on yin yoga, too!"
I will post on my main blog (linked up top) why it's yoga.
I looked up a yin yoga morning routine, rolled out my mat. 20 minutes later I was relaxed and smiling. A great start of the day!
I will post something here every time I've done my daily movement routine (accountability, baby!), and I will make a page with the videos I use.
