I haven't updated my movement page in a while, but I did my ten minutes a day every day since I started, both with yoga and my hometrainer.
We're in a heatwave right now, and normally that would mean I wouldn't exercise unless it was early in the morning. But now I don't grant myself that excuse :D
Instead of rolling out the mat, I'm doing chair yoga in front of my aircooler. I move, I don't sweat, and I feel utterly relaxed after.
The lesson I followed today was this one. A different teacher than Kassandra, whose videos I usually use. I really had to get used to this teacher talking so much, but the asana's were wonderful, and that's what matters :)
